Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Startup Booster program (the "Program"), you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in the Program provided by [Your Company Name] ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Eligibility
Participation in the Program is limited to startups, entrepreneurs, and business entities that meet the criteria established by the Company. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility based on its sole discretion.
Program Fees
Payment: Participants are required to pay the applicable Program fee as outlined on the Program's website or in official communication prior to commencement of the Program.

Code of Conduct
Professional Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program without a refund for behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to other participants or the Company.
Non-Discrimination: The Company is committed to providing an inclusive environment. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or success as a result of participating in the Program. Participants acknowledge that success in business is influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of the Program.
Liability Cap The Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the Program.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant's access to the Program at any time for breach of these Terms or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company. Upon termination, the Participant will no longer have access to the Materials.
Amendments
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
